Born in Liberia on 16 December 1937 to Edward W. Neufville, I and Sarah Elliot Neufville of Maryland County, Liberia.
On May 14th 1967, The Rt. Reverend Edward W. Neufville II was married to the former Ms. Louise Morais.
On May 6th, 1984 Consecrated as the 2nd Suffragan Bishop of the Episcopal Church of Liberia West Africa.
The 14 year Civil War begins in Liberia West Africa.
On January 6th, 1996 Consecrated as the 11th Diocesan Bishop of Liberia, West Africa.
On December 16 2007 Retired as Bishop of Liberia West Africa.
Passed away on 10 January 2011 at the age of 73.

Funeral services last rites and internment for Rt. Reverend Edward W. Neufville were held at Trinity Cathedral Monrovia Liberia. The funeral rites were officiated by the Rt. Reverend Dr. Johnathan B. B. Hart Episcopal Bishop of Liberia. Also officiating the archbishop of the Anglican Church of the Province of West Africa the Most Rev. Justice O. Akrofi Accra Ghana.
The service was attended by numerous dignitaries; including the president of the republic of Liberia H.E Ellen Johnson Sirleaf numerous government officials religious leaders (from Liberia & West Africa region) lay persons civil society representatives family friends and well wishers.
Internment was held at the Bromly Misson a historical educational facility established by the Episcopal Church.
